They would be able to tell you the status of your funds. If your shares are on a dividend-reinvestment plan, then you won't physically receive them; the company will use the money to buy you more shares of the stock. If that isn't the case, then for some reason, you are not receiving the checks, so you will need to have them stop payment on them and re-issue them to you. Make sure they have tour current address.
