tried so hard to get my middle kid to buckle down. told us- there r 5 music scholarships for every athletic 1. bonus being it doesnt involve too many blows to the head.

school bands r always families, tho. friend of mine’s kid got a full boat to masters playing trombone. his dad nearly killed himself being the band dad who built all the stuff.
