were a good idea.

Then I woke up and realized that corporate debt manipulation and profit can take too much out of any enterprise.

We already are dealing with civil servants and politicians dipping into the till here and there-- how does adding a whole new crew make it better?

In the end, why not just make a real effort to improve the schools we have?
