8. Living in as small a space as I do, I found an affordable workaround.

Using my Model 3 as the power source, I am able to use a combination inverter/Lithium Ion Battery to maintain the minimum power needed to run my home, except for the electric water heater.

$350 plus the costs for a cigarette lighter adapter and 12VDC extension, it has worked fabulously well to keep my router, computer, refrigerator, etc. powered up. The only caveat is that the microwave and coffee maker cannot run simultaneously but that's not such a problem.
