Took a trip to Alaska in 2002. Couldn't afford the side trip to Denali but was planning to go back soon.

It was kinda shocking back then, tho. Spoke to a Tlingit woman about the heat - it was in the 90's. She told me how they were forced to move their fishing villages inland due to the rising sea.
