3. Living near underground propane and butane storage caverns (w/ earthquakes) would make me nervous

USGS reported a small earthquake 23 km south of Medford Oklahoma today. That got me wondering if the underground caverns, that are used to store large quantities of propane and butane, are designed to handle earthquakes. Medford has several of these caverns. Other locations in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas have them as well. They are pretty common in refineries and typically hold millions of gallons of propane and butane. Now living near something like that with never before earthquakes striking might make me nervous.
