2. Walk Scores

I like that sites like HotPad have started to include "Walk Scores" for people who are relocating. The score didn't outweigh whether or not the street I lived on was safe, but it did outweigh factors such as "does the place have a washer/dryer hook-up?" and "how close is the nearest mall?"
