If not, I've heard really great things about the transdermal patches. Personally I've never tried them because they're comparatively expensive, but they should get your results up quickly.

I've used the same sublingual spray forever and my blood tests are always fantastic, but I don't know if it would be good enough to get your levels back up quickly on it's own.
