4. I will need luck with this but for my dad's health I need to pull him off a diet of steady beef

All he seems to like to eat is Italian sausage, hot dogs, hamburgers, and steak. But he has a lot of Health problems and his doctor who is a vegan talked to me and said a vegetarian diet would help him. So I'm dragging him kicking and screaming into it because I'd like to see him live past 60
