(2,223 posts)20. Tourkey makes pretty good sausage.
They make Italian sausage, kielbasa, and beer brats. They also, apparently, according to the internet, have andouille, chicken & apple, and spinach pesto. I've never actually seen them in a store, but they seem to exist. Surely the internet wouldn't lie.
Field roast also make great sausage but they are way more expensive.

Question first: are you looking for one that's burger-like or just tasty and patty-shaped?

I LOVE Butler Soy Curls. They reconstitute like TVP, only they're big and have a nice texture.

Maybe start slowly. Ground turkey is readily available everythere. Mix it with bread or cracker

No I usually don't shop at Kroger here in Houston there's a chain called HEB I like them more
