Nothing like shooting someone in custody.

California has very interesting case law in regards to losses as to "pets" and I hope this family has the grounds and the ability to sue the shit out of these idiots. Doesn't bring the dog back, but maybe teaches a lesson.

Consequences. Wrongdoings have to have consequences.
