Losses of Putin's war continue to mount. Since November of 2022, the losses have already quadrupled. Even though the intensity of combat activities decreased significantly. The war spending increased dramatically. The inflation skyrocketed. The Economy is in shambles. So the Central Bank of Russia had to do a huge rate hike to 21%. Putin faces now 'real problems'. And as usual, the government narrative is completely different from the reality.
