Men need to be responsible for where they ejaculate.

They need to be made accountable.

If they make a woman pregnant who doesn't want to be pregnant

They get a vasectomy.

In my mind the whole male genitalia need to be removed, dick and balls make someone pregnant who does not want your fucking baby.. chop chop ! Asshole.
