unlikely anyone really tells him "No." Add to that his poorly controlled bipolar disorder (and possibly other issues) and Kim's got a lifetime of headaches with this one. Sharing kids makes for a nightmare for the indefinite future and makes it impossible for her to fully ignore him.

I'm not into celebrity culture but it is impossible to tune some of it out.
