And they are going to need all of the financial wealth streams they can muster. Because crap like this is definitely going to curtail outreach by NGOs, charities, other agencies and countries interested in providing humanitarian aid. In fact, the inclusion of women in all of the society has been mentioned repeatedly as part of the criteria for getting that aid.

So the Taliban are now firmly in the 'F' around and find out race to the bottom.
