2. Thank you.

It has been bugging me for a while how I and other women was treated in the shelters.This video just started me to remember and think. It is not right to be held back for being a down on her luck woman with kids.

It is also not right to make women feel like they should go find work in "More feminine jobs" due to being a woman. Like one case, she was a brick layer, trained with 5 years under her belt. Due to some bad luck she had to stay at a shelter. She was looking for work in what she was trained. I overheard the people in the job program tell her she she needed to find more lady like work. She was just not going to get hired being a woman. She had been doing it for 5 years. She never had that much trouble finding work. But to stay at the shelter, she had to do it their way.

All this just ticks me off. And now it is boiling out of me.
