the damage is still done to the heart or kidneys .
My dad started smoking in 1942 at age 12.
he quit 2 years before he died at 69.heart attack and kidney failure..to late.
My mom smoked 40 years and quit totally in 1995.
She still developed COPD and died last year.
I would beg, plead anyone who smokes try to stop
no matter when you started.
cigarettes always win.
