1. I made a batch last week, since we've been out of Purell in Madison, WI since a week before that

It was just slightly thinner than Purell, but that's fine. I added about 10 drops of Tea Tree Oil for extra disinfectant. It also smells fairly strong, so I remember not to touch my face.

1 16 oz bottle of 70% Isopropyl
1 8 oz tube of Aloe Vera Gel
10 drops Tea Tree Oil
