37. Unfortunately I can't take vitamin c pills

Because I have terrible gerds and last time they made me vomit. i get some sort of weird reaction and I can only have it in fruit and veggies or other foods. I eat some fresh apple every day but not much due to diabetes. I do drink juice a lot when my bg is low only though because I am type 1 diabetic, but too much can spike me. Maybe I can add some in for now anyway but they told me watch my sugars carefully now especially. Maybe I can have some juice with my largest meal which has a higher bolus, I often do it anyway if I am low. I have a similar reaction to all b vitamins except b12.
