According to the article --- includes obesity, diabetes, sickle cell disease, chronic kidney disease, organ transplants, serious heart conditions, and active cancer.

Basically 2/3 of the population is in the high-risk group due to health conditions.

Reality then is 1/3 of the population is not a priority.

That's an ugly situation to get folks vaccinated.
