angry about them getting rid of mask mandates. My Mother is in a nursing home (we have always had to wear mask there since Covid started) and in the last week the cases have started going up again. She has dementia and they can’t get her to wear a mask, so I worry she might get it. She has been fully vaccinated and boosted. She is 91 though. She and my Dad had Covid late summer of 2020. Unfortunately my Dad passed away late last summer from a stroke. I take drugs that suppress my immune system and now I don’t know if I should visit her right now. They say we can, but we visit at our own risk. None of the people that work there have tested positive, so it must have been visitors that brought it in. Thanks for letting me rant.
Just wanted to add I have been vaccinated and boosted.
