45. I quit drinking for my 75th birthday..knocking on 78 and I feel so much better

My friends still drink n I’m not invited to some goings on but I know I feel a whole lot better than they do. I also noticed my skin looks healthier..especially my face. Wanted to celebrate our victory on Election Day but that didn’t happen so..I do need to cut back on the dark chocolate, tho..one pleasure for another but in moderation, as they say. Not yet ..
