3. After reading up on it........ I had planned on calling her primary physician tomorrow

She has some distention in her abdomen (fluid build up), and I have read that the fluid can put pressure on her diaiphram, causing shortness of breath. It can even put pressure on the exterior of the lungs, making it harder to breath. One remedy might be diuretics, or she might have to have it drained off again. Either way, I'm gonna get her some relief.
