at Hope Lodge in NYC and also during transplant (you could not leave your room until discharge, about one month) they had a variety of relaxation techniques and my husband signed up for all of them ... then again what else is there to do? Soothing music, reflexology, reiki and other therapies ... all just make us, patients and caregivers more relaxed. And do not forget your own healing touch for the patient ... note to self
