since you mentioned feeling so tired I wondered whether they you give you a boost with tranfusions. Once they hit a certain level they gave my husband a transfusion and he felt much better.
But as I mentioned each cancer is so different it is difficult to know the protocol for each one, kind of makes it hard to comment

We're all trying to figure out the next step!

So hoping tomorrow is better than today, at least that is universal.
