I had a colleague (she's still alive we just don't work together anymore) who had a moped accident and they found out she had stage 1 lung cancer when she was in the hospital for the accident. She had part of her lung removed and I believe she's cancer free now. She's kind of lucky in retrospect to have had that accident on her moped!
