10. Not knowing is the worst thing your cancer team can do

I hope you have heard by now and I hope this scare is a false alarm. I wish doctors, nurses and techs would understand when they don't tell you what they are checking for your fear goes into overdrive. I would rather know what they are looking forward so at least I can arm myself with information and get into my fighting mode instead of being frightened and feeling like a victim.

I was just diagnosed with Graves Disease. I spent months living in the bathroom and getting weaker. I thought I was dying and after being a little overweight for years I was getting fussed at for weighing too little. After finally figuring out what it was, I was told they were afraid cancer was eating me from the inside and I was furious. they were afraid but I was convinced.

I pray your news will not be awful. Please let us know. I am lighting my candle, sending prayers and healing thoughts. Thinking you will hear good news is at the top of the list.
