1. Pretty much. I've been averaging 10 hours on the nights I can sleep

which is most of them now that I've given up trying to be normal. When I'm in a serious flare, I go anywhere from 12 to 20 at a crack.

Dealing with this means dealing with a lot of stuff healthy people don't have to worry about, like having fewer waking hours in the day.

You sleep as much as you need to.
