I found an excellent series of exercise information books. UPDATED [View all]

The author is Frederic Delavier. They are chock full of descriptions and illustrations, and discuss free weights, machines, bands, body weight exercises, etc.

I took one to the gym, and the manager ordered all of them for the gym library.

I have no financial or other interest in any of the products of the author mentioned above.

update. I ordered/rec'd 3 of the books. All are good, some better than others. The gym managerordered/rec'd everything Amazon had

from Delavier, and has already had one stolen.

Sometimes I do not understand people.

edited to move update from another spot
