Yes, I am prone to worrying but this Russian situation has me feeling even more anxious and on edge

I worry about Putin going even further 'off the rails' and doing something catastrophic.

That and the fact my house will be beneath the flight paths of numerous kinds of planes and military jets performing at today's air show will make this an uneasy day.

To be prepared I've taken both of my 'as needed' anxiety medications. Also have some Kitty Calm for the kidcats, should they need it.
