But to your point, you might have dreamt it. Some times, I wake up and check the time and then realize that I dreamt reading the watch. The watch sometimes gives a 3-d display, which I know it can't do. I let it pass.

I keep a pen and pad by the bed and don't recall using it. So nothing important really came up. Not in reality.

I advise letting it pass. If it was real, it will come back in a quiet moment. Take my word.
