My tooth is getting worse and I have to make an appointment, which will take weeks. It needs to be gone right now.

I cannot sleep because of it. We have a meeting to look at a place today and I am already awake.

I hope your day gets better. I know you have been through a lot. I know you don't deserve it. I hope things improve for you.
