But last night I slept and I've no urge to run down the street nearly naked, bare feet bleeding.

Not especially paranoid, not depressed. So I'm good.

Bad, all my joints all hurt. I'm gonna be a skinny old man stiff with arthritis.

These things take time.

Sigh.
