I smoked for the best part of 40 years and had a heck of a time shaking the addiction until one day the price of a pack of cigarettes went to $10 a pack. some logic bomb went off in my head at that point and i've never smoked since,that was 5 years ago.
Looking back at my years of trying to quit smoking it seems so easy now just dont smoke any more and the problem is solved, however i've developed a much more insidious addiction over the past few years,its called food not so easy to get under control as its not as black and white as cigarettes where you either smoke or you dont smoke, food addiction is a much more complex issue.
