17. Doing it together is key.

It's been so hard for me to get my husband to make better food choices with me - and we both work so much. I try to make change by myself , but all the structures around me remain the same and I just slide back into my old ways...which really actually aren't that bad, but I guess are very bad for me.

My husband, for example, has pretty much the same lifestyle I do but you can add 3 sleeves of cookies a week and less walking - yet he's totally fit.
