After 7 months, I am down 60lbs and am under 200lbs [View all]

for the first time in 8 years. I'm still using myfitnesspal to track my food and fitbit to track my movement/energy output. Husband jumped on board and is doing the same plan, and has lost 20+lbs in 6 weeks.
