That’s pretty much the key right there. Most Americans eat WAY too many carbs. Another thing to look at is seed oils. Use healthy fats like butter, coconut oil or avocado oil and avoid the crappy poly unsaturated fats (they are unstable and oxidize easily). Don’t fear saturated fats.
