Everything is fresh. First, we made two mid-sized doughs. One has tomato sauce, sliced baby Bella mushrooms, thinly sliced onions, minced garlic, anchovies and sliced black olives topped with fresh mozzarella cheese. The other has the same but pepperoni slices instead of anchovies. Before serving, they’ll be dusted with grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.

Caesar salad and Chianti.
