8. Day Late Valentine's Dinner

I subbed both days, but schedule worked out for me being done at 1pm.
On Valentine's Day, when I got home, my wife said she was too tired to eat a big meal.
So we did it today.
The Menu:
• Filet Mignon served with shallots & mushrooms sautéed in cabernet & garlic.
• Pan seared scallops with brown butter, simply seasoned with salt, paprika & lemon zest.
• Potato Pancake with chopped scallions, minced parsley & cilantro, seasoned with salt, white pepper, cinnamon, & cayenne.
Bailed on the asparagus. Seemed to be enough food to fit on a plate.
I presented it & set the table. My wife enjoyed it.
