6. I swapped out the toaster oven for a Wolf that has accurate temperature controls.

The toaster oven was some 50 degrees off.

Looking forward to better baking.

I had a Breville but it quit just after the warranty ran out. It was a 50 cent inline fuse that required a lot of screws to be removed from the back and then I couldn't find the fuse amid the wires tucked into a 1/4 inch gap between metal pieces.

Oh well. Some stuff is just hell to repair.
