Even in my most OCD moments,, I can resist that urge. And especially for scrambled.

Ok but being serious, if, when dumping the egg out of the shell, if those "chalazas" find themselves hung up on the eggshell, I will tip the shell to capture them. But I don't know why I do that. Must be some ancient genetic memory or something.
