4. A tried and true for me

Most of my ingredients come from my pantry, my freezer and my dry spice rack.

I saute a handful of chopped green peppers in olive oil. Then I add some white wine and a little butter. Then comes 5 cups of water, Italian seasoning blend, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, celery seed, chopped sun dried tomatoes and a couple tablespoons of Knorr chicken powder. When that's all settled I add a half bag of cooked frozen shrimp and a pouch or two of pink salmon. I cook that and then blend in a half a cup of sharp cheddar cheese. If it's too thin I add in bread crumbs.

Ladle over cooked angel hair pasta or thin spaghetti.

I may have a cocktail. I bought a new coupe glass and it's so pretty.
