3. Toast

I'm having two slices of toast in honor of trump not testifying in his first criminal trial.

Asian pear spread and olive oil butter.

I prepped a grape tomato/basil/garlic salad with balsamic for later. Maybe some cottage cheese, too..

Last night I made fresh mint tea with lemon and agave. We have done a yeoman's job of ridding the school garden of mint, but there are always a few sprigs here and there that need to be pulled. That's what I'm using to make the tea.

Today my goal is to transplant 100 broccoli rabe plants.
