Chicken vindaloo with potatoes, tomatoes, onions, garlic, cumin, salt & pepper in a vindaloo sauce. Basmati rice and a simple salad to round it out.

We’re anchored in Gloucester harbor so Indian might seem weird but we’ve had lobster, clams, oysters and more for days!

I love New England.
