6. We used to have one of these shops in my town.

Unfortunately, I guess the town's too small to make it profitable. I *really* miss it! I loved the Rosemary/Olive oil. Just perfect for a base for bread dipping. I checked out the website you listed, and even the bottles look very similar to the ones used by ours. I do know the prices were relatively high compared to reg olive oil, but ah... the depth of the flavors! You just reminded me how sorely I miss that little shop!
