Using naan bread, I'm making Mushroom Herb Pizza. I got the idea from a BHG (Better Homes & Garden) vegetarian cookbook.
The recipe calls for a mix of mushrooms, including cremini and shiitake, which I have.
Herbs are basil and parsley. Also oregano.
Garlic, minced, and mozzarella and Parmesan with freshly ground black pepper.
That and a simple green salad with balsamic dressing will do it for me on this warm evening.
Dessert: strawberry yogurt pretzels with cold mint tea.
