I was only amused when I read your first 2 paragraphs, but then you got into ranch chicken thighs! When I was cooking earlier, I was thinking how much I'd like to have some ranch chicken thighs.. I recalled being in the store, seeing a ranch envelope, and thinking it would be good idea to have around. I didn't buy it, though, because I thought i might still have one.

And also I was going to dip them in mayo before cooking them.
