6. We painted our house a few years ago, I am so glad we took before and after pics

It had been painted...get this....Pepto pink!!!!!!
A very popular in color in Fla. where the former owners were from, but not so much popular here.

So after way too much discussion, Mr. Dixie and I agreed on just the right shade of grey, "not too light, not too dark".....
he came back with a few gallons of the paint, perfectly blended....called Confederate Grey.......shoulda known.

So, house painted, looks real good, time to tackle the dark greenish, badly in need of sprucing up, front door.
A week of discussion later, we settled on blue/green grey ish color.
the cool thing about our house is the light changes so often in the front, so the paint colors look different thru out the day.
