I did a status check on the garlic. Usually I start harvesting during the first week in July [View all]
This beauty was on the south side of the house. The stalk definitely indicated it was time to harvest, so I did. It looks like I have a really good crop, this year. I've seen signs of a number of plants that should produce bulbs right around this size.
