Involves a sheet of puff pastry in a tart pan, holes poked to keep it from puffing too much, bottom of pastry smeared with sun dried tomato pesto, layered with Gruyère cheese and then topped with very thinly sliced zucchini and basted with a bit of olive oil/herb mixture.
